The Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust is the admission authority for all the schools within the Trust and is responsible for determining the admissions policy. On behalf of the Trust, the admissions are coordinated by the relevant Local Authority. All decisions relating to admission applications will be taken by the school’s Local Governing Body.

Applying for a school place
Applications must be made on the Common Application Form provided by the Local Authority, Nottinghamshire County Council, Meadow House, Littleworth, Mansfield NG18 2TA.

The Supplementary Form and Supporting Evidence
In addition all applicants wishing to apply for a place under a faith criterion should complete the Supplementary Form. This can be downloaded from this website or collected from the school office. The completed form along with any evidence (see Admission Policy) should be returned to school.

Applications are accepted from 9 November 2020 – 15 January 2021 for first admission (reception) and transfer from infant to junior/primary education.
You will be notified on 16 April 2021 if you have been given a school place.
