What is Pupil Premium?
Each year, we provide the Department for Education with information that we hold about our pupils in a census return. This information is used to determine which pupils are eligible for additional funding, known as Pupil Premium. This Pupil Premium Funding is then given to schools to fund long term projects which support us to close the attainment gap between our disadvantaged pupils and their peers.
